The ‘Bosilj Fiction of Atelje 61’ Exhibition Professional Guided Tour


The professional guided tour by the author of the ‘Bosilj Fiction of Atelje 61’ exhibition will be held instead of the ‘Let’s Create Fiction’ workshop on Wednesday, 14 April, starting at 12 p.m.

Jelena Đorđević, the author of the exhibition, and art historian and curator of the ‘Atelje 61’, will present the concept, thematic, artistic and tapestry frames of Ilija Bašičević Bosilj‘s work, the phenomenological position of this author in the context of modern and contemporary art practices in world and local frameworks, development of their institution and Bosil’s artistic career.

The ‘Bosilj Fiction of Atelje 61’ exhibition marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of ‘Atelier 61’. The exhibition, which includes 13 tapestries created in the period from 1967 to 1975 in ‘Atelje 61’, was opened on 11 March and will last until 16 April.
